So, here’s a WisPolitics interview with Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker at the Republican Party of Wisconsin convention. He’s discussing his plans during the upcoming four years, including trying to get John McCain elected and helping to elect Republicans to various offices around the state. Of all the things, Walker plans to devote his energies to, what’s the one thing he leaves out? Can you guess? The answer is in the comments.
By the way, the latest Badger Poll indicates that 55% of Wisconsin residents approve of the way Governor Jim Doyle is handling his job as governor. Additionally, more Wisconsin residents (44%) believe the Democratic party can do a better job running the state than the Republican party. And why not? The Governor and the Democrats certainly seem to be far more fiscally responsible than the Republicans in the Legislature.
What did he forget? Why, his job as Milwaukee County Executive of course You'd think he'd be a little more grateful. After all, County residents are keeping food on the Walker table while he runs for governor for the next two years.
